4. Fanlisting

The Atomic Kitten Active Fanlisting has its own separate Terms & Conditions which applicants to the service MUST accept before application to the Fanlisting. The Terms & Conditions are provided prior to proper access to the registration online form and are repeated here for convenience.

You MUST read the following information before you decide to join the AKA Fanlisting.

By joining the Atomic Kitten Active (AKA) Fanlisting you accept the following Terms & Conditions.

1. To be accepted for addition to the AKA Fanlisting you must provide the following information in the Join form:

Your first name and surname
Your favourite Atomic Kitten song (a list is provided for you to choose from)
Which country you reside

If all or any of the above information is not provided we cannot add you to the AKA Fanlisting.

2. You may provide an e-mail address, but you are informed clearly that this is optional. The sole purpose of having your e-mail address listed is to allow other Atomic Kitten fans to contact you to chat about Atomic Kitten. By providing your e-mail address you understand that:

Atomic Kitten Active cannot be held responsible for any potential abuse of the use of your e-mail address by others, e.g. spamming.
Atomic Kitten Active cannot further be held responsible for any misfortune(s) that arises out of the addition to the Fanlisting and/or use by others of your e-mail address.
You are responsible for deciding whether to provide your e-mail address for listing in the Fanlisting. Remember, to provide this information is optional.

3. If providing an e-mail address, the address must be valid and your own. Atomic Kitten Active will not always check the validity of an e-mail address neither can Atomic Kitten Active be held responsible for incorrectly and/or inappropriately submitted addresses. If a provided e-mail address is suspected to be invalid, we will either not include it in the Fanlisting or reject your submission for addition to the Fanlisting.

4. At any time, Atomic Kitten Active reserves the right to modify and/or remove any Fanlisting member with or without reason.

5. Although not compulsory, fans with a website are encouraged to add one of the Fan Codes graphics provided by Atomic Kitten Active, to their own fansite, only after they have been added to the Fanlisting. However, it is pointed out that addition of any of these graphics to a website does not indicate in any way endorsement by Atomic Kitten Active of the content of that website whatsoever.

If you cannot accept all or any part of the above listed Terms & Conditions you must not join the AKA Fanlisting.

5. Forum

The Atomic Kitten Active Forum has its own separate Terms Of Use with regards to registration to the forum in order to be able to post and edit messages on any of the message boards available at the forum, which applicants MUST accept before registration. Since the Atomic Kitten Active Forum is part of the Collaboration MediaZone Forum Network which includes other forums and also registration enables applicants to browse and post to all forums on this network besides the Atomic Kitten Active Forum, the following Terms and information thereafter also apply to those forums and their message boards as well.
