Owen releases once potential Kitten single |
|
 |
23/8/2003, 4:45pm BST
Former
Take That member and now successful soloist, Mark Owen
(pictured) is about to release a second single which was at
one point considered a possible single for the Kittens to
release. Following on from his UK No.4 debut single,
'Four Minute Warning', Owen will be coming out with his
second single titled, 'Alone Without You' due 20th October
2003. He revealed how this single was influenced by
the vibes of Atomic Kitten's own sound and made him think of
giving his penned tune to the Kittens: "It was more of a
drumbeat really. I wrote a song that had the same beat
as 'Whole Again' and I thought, I might see if they [Atomic
Kitten] wanna record this one." However Owen is
pleased he's kept the tune for his own: "I've reworked the
song, which is called 'Alone Without You' now for my album,
which will be the next single, so it's a good job that I
didn't give them it now." If you want to know how this
new Mark Owen single will sound, it'll be out on the 20th
October 2003. |
