'Whole Again' sets a new gold standard!!!
The Kittens25/2/2001, 7:30pm GMT
Four weeks at No.1 and there's no stopping them!  Atomic Kitten have once Again come out top with their latest smash hit single, 'Whole Again' which remains firmly at the UK's No.1 singles chart position for a fourth week!!!  The position is so special in fact this week because its the first time in a while that any music artist has had a single stay at No.1 for so long!  The last time was achieved by Westlife's double A-side: 'I Have A Dream/Seasons In The Sun' back in 1999!  The Kittens said: "It's absolutely fantastic. It's a great song and we're over the moon at how it has performed."  In total, around 400,000 copies of the single have been released since its first sales day back on the 29th January.  'Mrs. Jackson' from Outkast and 'Always Come Back To Your Love' from Samantha Mumba were two of the singles that lost out to the Kittens for a No.1 position.  Check out the Atomic Kitten Active singles discography for the full info on this latest smash hit single!!!  And, of course!  Congratulations and well-done to Atomic Kitten for their well-deserved No.1 position for 'Whole Again'!!!

Kerry Katona9/2/2001, 11:00pm GMT
Kerry, former member of Atomic Kitten has said that she would like to pursue a career on TV.  She felt that it would not be as demanding as being part of a band.  Kerry left the Kittens at the end of last month after announcements that she had become pregnant.  She is due to get married to Bryan McFadden, member of all-male pop group, Westlife.  She told Smash Hits magazine that she'll be resting before the arrival of their new baby.  She also said that the timing of the announcement was not so good: "I was only seven weeks pregnant and it was too early for people to find out."
