Lil with Kian Westlife not true!
26/1/2003, 6:50pm GMT
Recently, there were rumours that Lil was seeing Kian Egan (pictured) from Westlife.  However, Lil denies that there is a relationship going on!  It so happened that the two were having a really good time at a club.  One onlooker had said to the media: "The spark between them was amazing.  At one point Kian was sat down while Liz was writhing around him.  It certainly seemed to turn him on."  However, Lil made the point saying that all this relationship is all nonsense!  Speaking to a magazine, Lil said: "God, what a load of nonsense.  I've known Kian for ages because of Bryan and Kerry [McFadden] so we've got mutual friends."  Equally, Kian from Westlife ruled out such relationship: "There's no truth in it.  We've been friends for ages but that's all."

     Cartoon Kittens!!!
4/1/2003, 6:30pm GMT
Atomic Kitten will be appearing as cartoon characters in a special series of animated shows to be produced by the animators, Cosgrove Hall based in Manchester, UK.  Cosgrove Hall are well known for their production of the animation, 'The Wind In The Willows'.  According to a source, Atomic Kitten are pleased to have the opportunity to be animated: "The girls are delighted.  They are all massive fans of 'The Wind in the Willows', which was a huge hit in the 1980's.  It looks as if their cartoon show will be too, as there are plans to air it across Europe, Asia and maybe America.  The only thing they have demanded of the animators is that their characters retain individuality - including their hairstyles, body shapes and accents.  Basically, they want to inject as much of their personality into the characters as possible."  The animation series to be compiled in 12 parts will see it being produced this year with the Kittens recording voiceovers in the spring.

     Lil looks back
1/1/2003, 4:00pm GMT
Speaking recently to BBC News, Lil looked back on the years since Atomic Kitten emerged as a top act with the No.1 success of 'Whole Again'.  Lil described of the down-to-earth nature of Atomic Kitten: "That's a Liverpool thing.  People are always offering to help each other, whether they know each other or not" referring to her home town.  The way of life as a popstar has become routine for Lil: "I haven't had any other job so I can't compare it to a nine to five job.  I left school to come to this job and I just accept this as a normal job."  On the subject of Tash's baby, Josh, who was born in August last year, Lil described of Tash's baby as gorgeous but expressed no wish in having a baby of her own.  As for the future, Lil feels she'll be songwriting rather than on stage in 10 years: "...not performing but writing at least."
